This was a time-specific leaflet drop and key to re-launching our new services for 1st March 2012. We trusted Cornerstone Marketing Solutions to help us get our message out having read their good reviews on Freeindex.
On the first day we had complaints that leaflets were being put onto car windscreens, Andrew removed this team from the job and started again with a new team 3 days later which was preferable, but meant that the leaflets weren't going to be delivered on the correct day. When I made my own enquiries into the number of leaflets that were actually delivered, I discovered that less that half of the 5000 had been delivered.
Andrew offered to help rectify the situation by refunding us the cost of the printing, however he is now avoiding all phone calls and emails and so far has also not refunded us the money he promised by email on 5th April.
